Tivoli Availability Skills Roadmap

The Tivoli Availability roadmap is as follows:

The Operators course stands alone and is aimed at operations personnel who would not be installing or supporting the product. It is not suitable for certification preparation.

The following NetView courses are standalone. Each course covers the same subject matter but for a different platform.

Certification:
In order to prepare for Monitoring certification, the Administration and Implementers courses (TV960 and TV977) are essential. The Universal Agent and Historical Reporting courses are also advisable but these could be avoided if the student has some practical experience of the product, including these areas.

The certification for NetView requires the appropriate course for the platform required. Some practical experience is also desirable.
