The TSM roadmap is as follows:

The TSM Operations course is essentially a subset of the Implementation & Administration course and is aimed at people who will simply operate the product.

For those who wish to set up, administer or troubleshoot TSM, The implementation course is the correct starting point.

Certification:
In order to prepare for TSM certification, the Implementation course (TV970) is essential. It is possible to certify after sitting this course as long as the student also has some practical experience of TSM coupled with some study of white papers and various manuals. However, most students who certify will have attended TV970 together with TV971 and also have some practical experience.

To certify in the TotalStorage Productivity Centre product, TV944 is the only available course.
